CLASSIC SESSION- 150.00 One hour session at a single location. 15+ images on a dvd- fully edited in my digital darkroom.


Best for: families, children, maternity, individual portraits and missionaries.


ARTFUL SESSION- 200.00 Two hour session with multiple locations and clothing changes. 20+ images on a dvd- fully edited in my digital darkroom.


Best for: engagements, seniors and newborns.


WEDDINGS- 900.00 Includes engagements, bridals and four hours of wedding day coverage. All images on dvd and one fine art print. All beautifully edited in my digital darkroom.


DESIGN SERVICES- 30.00 per custom design (includes one revision) You will receive a personalized announcement designed to your wishes on a dvd.

FINE ART PRINTS- for the discerning client. Available in sizes 11x14 and up. I offer the highest quality available through my professional lab.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS-


A 50.00 retainer holds your session date and is due within 5 days of booking your session.


Images on dvd can be printed at the lab of your choice in gift print sizes (8x10 and smaller). Fine art options for large scale display in your home are available through my professional lab.


Images on dvd come with a shared copyright and printing release. This means that you may print them or use the digital files in their original form (in digital scrapbooking, for example) Please do not alter or edit the files.


BUSINESS POLICIES-


Exclusive Photographer: Please only bring the people that will be photographed to the session. Also, please do not bring your own camera, camcorder, or recording device to the session.


Before Your Session: Please have your children dressed and ready to go for their session. This includes hair combing and having their faces clean. Children are more likely to become grouchy if they are fussed with too much before the session.


Portrait Care: Handle your portraits with extreme care. Damage incurred as a result of improper handling, framing or hanging is the responsibility of the client.


Deposit Policy:A retainer of 50.00 for your session is due within five days after booking your appointment. This guarantees the time and date allotted for you. Should payment not be received in this time frame, I reserve the right to offer the date and time to another client.


Sales are Final: Due to the custom nature of each session, all sales are final. Products that are purchased are not returnable.


Designs & Cards: After consulting with you on the design I will present you with a proof. You may make one set of revisions. Additional revisions will be charged at 20.00 per hour.


Re-Shoots: Re shoots are at my discretion and are not given for personal choices such as hair and clothing.


Under the Weather: If you or your child are feeling ill, please call to reschedule. I understand that sometimes this happens. If you must cancel, please try to do so at least 48 hours before your session.


Travel Fee: There is a $25 travel fee for locations 20 miles outside of Utah County.


Payment Options: I accept cash,checks and credit cards through Paypal.


Personal Checks:Checks returned by the bank, for any reason, will be charged a $25.00 service charge and all orders will be canceled if they are not paid in full within three days of notification.


Usage: Jenna Nelson Photography reserves the right to use the images for display, publication, or other purposes.


Reprints: All edited images are archived. You may reorder at any time- there is no minimum order but shipping and handling will be charged as needed.
